Progress Together launches today

The Bridge Group is proud to support Progress Together to help level up the UK’s financial services sector - the sector with the highest class paygap. Progress Together is a new membership body - the first of its kind to focus on progression and retention – driving socio-economic diversity at senior level across UK financial services. It launched today with contributions from the Rt. Hon Lord Mayor Vincent Keaveny, Economic Secretary to the Treasury, John Glen MP, and Catherine McGuinness, Chair of the Socio-Economic Diversity Taskforce.

Employees from non-professional backgrounds are 30% less likely to be working at a senior level compared with peers. It’s great to be part of the solution. Today we joined over 200 organisations at the launch of Progress Together.
